How much does it cost for a professionally designed website?

Costs can vary greatly from designer to designer, mainly because each designer has their own little field of expertise so tend to be more competitive in this area. We believe that for the quality of the websites we produce, our prices are super competitive. We have a fixed pricing structure on all of our standard packages so our prices are transparent with no hidden extras.

How long does it take to produce a website?

It depends on the complexity of the site. A single page business card style website would be completed within a week, whereas a fully functional interactive online shop would take much longer - up to a couple of months from initial design consultation to going live on the internet.

Once I have paid for my site are there any additional charges for maintenance and updates?

No, we don't charge a maintenance fee as we believe this is our responsibility as the website professionals. Simple updates like text amends and picture changes would not be charged for. The only ongoing cost you would have to pay is your web hosting, this is something that costs us and we need to pass that cost on. A typical hosting package that covers 90% of our packages is only £10 per month.

Can I use my existing hosting package?

Of course, as long as it has all the features your new website needs to function correctly.

What sort of support do you offer?

If you commission us to produce your website, you will get a dedicated account manager to look after your project from start to finish and beyond, as long as you have your site on the internet your account manager will be on hand to answer any queries or sort any problems out that may occur. You will also get the direct number for our senior technical engineer who will be on hand all day every day if any urgent technical issues arise.

Do you offer Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)?

All of our websites are coded in a search engine friendly manner to give your new site the best chance possible of ranking well in the major search engines. As standard we submit your site to the 3 main search engines (Google, Yahoo & Bing) and upload sitemaps so they can properly read your site and rank you accordingly. Although we have a good understanding of SEO we don't offer it as a standalone service as we are experts in technically based web coding solutions, not in SEO so it would be unethical of us to take your money when we are not 100% sure we could guarantee you results.
